Advantages and disadvantages of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate
Hot dip galvanized steel has been widely used in construction, home appliances and other major industries since its appearance. Due to the continuous expansion of the scope of use, the formability and various properties of the products to the steel plate are continuously improved, and the resulting aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is superior to the hot-dip galvanized steel plate in some properties. Aluminium-zinc plated steel plate
Al-Zn composite aluminium-zinc plated steel plate is obtained by hot-dip plating with cold-rolled hard steel plate of various strength and thickness specifications as the base material. The coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon and other trace elements.
In the production and processing process, the performance of aluminum-zinc plating is superior to that of hot-dip galvanizing, mainly in the following aspects
Processing performance
The processing performance of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is similar to that of hot-dip galvanizing, which can fully meet the processing requirements of rolling, stamping, bending and other forms.
Corrosion resistance
The test is conducted under the premise of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet with the same thickness, coating and surface treatment. Aluminium-zinc plating has excellent corrosion resistance than hot-dip galvanizing, and its service life is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel plate
Light reflection performance
The ability of aluminized zinc to reflect heat and light is twice that of galvanized steel plate, and the reflectivity is greater than 0.70, which is better than 0.65 specified by EPA Enerav Star
Heat resistance
Ordinary hot-dip galvanized products are usually used at a temperature of not more than 230 ℃, and will change color at 250 ℃, while aluminum-zinc plate can be used for a long time at 315 ℃ without changing color. After 120 hours at 300 ℃, the color change of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate treated by heat-resistant passivation at Baosteel is much lower than that of aluminum plate and aluminum-plated plate
mechanical property
The mechanical properties of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate are mainly manifested in yield strength, tensile strength and elongation. Ordinary DC51D galvanized steel plate of 150g/m2 has a yield strength of 140-300mpa, a tensile strength of 200-330 and an elongation of 13-25. The brand number DC51D+AZ
The yield strength of aluminized zinc plated steel sheet with 150g/m2 aluminized zinc is between 230-400mpa, the tensile strength is between 230-550, and the elongation rail is between 15-45.
Because aluminum-zinc coating is a high-density alloy steel, it has many advantages and some defects
1. Welding performance
Due to the increase of mechanical properties, the coating density of the inner substrate surface is good, and the manganese content is relatively high, so the aluminized zinc cannot be welded under normal welding conditions, and can only be connected by rivets and other parties. In terms of welding, the hot-dip galvanized steel plate performs well, and there is no welding problem.
2. Suitability of damp temperature concrete
The composition of aluminum-zinc coating contains aluminum, which is prone to chemical reaction in direct contact with acidic wet concrete. Therefore, it is not very suitable to make floor boards.
