Classification of galvanized sheet according to production and processing methods
① Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the molten zinc plating bath to make galvanized steel plate;
2 Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot-dip method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after it is out of the tank, so that it forms an alloy coating of zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability.
③ Electrogalvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet manufactured by electroplating method has good workability. However, the coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet.
④ Single-sided galvanized steel plate and double-sided differential galvanized steel plate. Single-sided galvanized steel plate, that is, products that are galvanized on one side only. In terms of welding, coating, antirust treatment and processing, it has better reactivity than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the defect of uncoated on one side, there is another kind of galvanized sheet coated with thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet
⑤ Alloy and composite galvanized steel plate. It is a steel plate made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc, and even composite plating. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance; In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel plate, printed and coated galvanized steel plate, and polyvinyl chloride laminated galvanized steel plate. However, the most commonly used is still hot-dip galvanized sheet.
