It can be divided into the following categories according to production and processing methods
① Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, which is a thin steel sheet with a layer of zinc adhered to its surface by immersing the steel sheet into the molten zinc bath. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the molten zinc plating bath to make the sickle zinc steel plate;
2. Alloyed galvanized steel plate, which is also made by hot-dip method, is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after it is out of the groove to form zinc and iron alloy films. This galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability
③ Electrogalvanized steel sheet, manufactured by electroplating method, has good workability, but the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet;
④ Single-sided galvanized steel plate and double-sided differential galvanized steel plate, single-sided sickle zinc steel plate, that is, products with only one sickle zinc. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, antirust treatment, processing, etc. In order to overcome the disadvantage of not coating zinc on one side, there is another silver coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side

⑤ Alloy and composite galvanized steel plate, which is made of zinc and other metals, such as aluminum, lead, zinc, etc. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance
In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel plate, printed and coated galvanized steel plate, polyartene laminated galvanized steel plate, etc. However, hot-dip galvanized sheet is still commonly used at present.
