Installation of color coated panels
(1) Vertically transport the board, ensuring that the mother rib faces the installation start method. (2) Place the first painted board in an orthogonal direction to the gutter on the fixed bracket. First, align the middle rib with the corner of the fixed bracket, and use foot ribs or wooden purlins to fasten the middle rib and mother rib onto the fixed bracket, and check if they are fully fastened.
(3) Snap the second row of fixed brackets onto the installed colored coated plate ribs and install them on each bracket component.
(4) Fix the mother rib of the second colored coating board with the second row of fixed brackets, and tighten it from the middle to both ends. Install the subsequent colored coating board using the same method. Pay attention to the reliable and tight connection, and always check the accuracy of the roof’s alignment with the gutter, verticality, and other positions.
(5) During the installation process, always use a positioning line at the end of the board to ensure the parallelism of the painted board itself and its perpendicularity to the gutter.
