Performance of galvanized sheet coil

1、 What is galvanized sheet coil
Galvanized coil is produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process using hot-rolled steel strip or cold-rolled steel strip as the substrate. The hot-dip galvanized sheet supplied in rectangular flat plate by cross cutting is hot-dip galvanized coil supplied in roll form by coiling.
Galvanized sheet coils can therefore be divided into hot-rolled galvanized sheet coils and cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized sheet coils, which are mainly used in fields such as construction, household appliances, automobiles, containers, transportation, and home industries. Especially in industries such as steel structure construction, automobile manufacturing, and steel plate warehouse manufacturing. Their main characteristics are strong corrosion resistance, good surface quality, benefits from deep processing, and economic practicality.

2、 Performance of galvanized sheet coil
Galvanized sheet coil thickness: 1.2-2.0 (mm) width: 1250 (mm) product name: Galvanized sheet coil
Performance: Mainly using low-carbon steel grades, it is required to have good cold bending and welding performance, as well as certain stamping performance. Cold rolled sheet and strip have a wide range of applications, such as automotive manufacturing, electrical products, locomotives and vehicles, aviation, precision instruments, canned food, etc.
Cold rolled thin steel plate is the abbreviation for ordinary carbon structural steel cold-rolled plate, also known as cold-rolled plate, commonly known as cold plate, sometimes mistakenly written as cold-rolled plate. Cold plate is a steel plate made of ordinary carbon structure hot-rolled steel strip, which is further cold-rolled to a thickness of less than 4mm. Due to the absence of oxide scale during rolling at room temperature, the cold plate has good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Coupled with annealing treatment, its mechanical and process properties are superior to hot-rolled thin steel plates. In many fields, especially in the home appliance manufacturing industry, it has gradually been used to obtain hot-rolled thin steel plates.

Galvanized coil is made from hot-rolled coil as raw material, rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature, including plates and coils. The ones delivered in sheets are called steel plates, also known as box plates or flat plates; Steel strips, also known as rolled plates, are long in length and delivered in rolls.
