The main production processes of the common two coating and two drying continuous color coating unit are:

Product Usage:

The color coated steel plate using galvanized steel plate as the substrate, in addition to zinc protection, has an organic coating on the zinc layer that covers and isolates the steel plate, preventing rusting. Its service life is longer than that of galvanized steel plate, and it is reported that the service life of coated steel plate is 50% longer than that of galvanized steel plate. However, in different regions and usage areas, the service life of colored coated plates with the same amount of galvanizing, the same coating, and the same coating thickness will vary greatly. For example, in industrial areas or coastal regions, the corrosion rate is accelerated and the service life is affected due to the action of sulfur dioxide gas or salt in the air. During the rainy season, if the coating is soaked in rainwater for a long time or in areas where the temperature difference between day and night is too large and prone to condensation, it will corrode quickly and its service life will be reduced. Buildings or factories made of colored coated steel plates often have a longer service life when washed away by rainwater, otherwise their use may be affected by the effects of sulfur dioxide gas, salt, and dust. Therefore, in design, the greater the inclination of the roof, the less likely it is to accumulate dust and other pollutants, and the longer its service life; For areas or parts that are not frequently washed by rainwater, they should be regularly rinsed with water.
