Scope of laying composite geomembrane
The operating life performance of composite geomembrane is mainly determined by whether the plastic film is subjected to water repellent treatment. According to the national standards of the Soviet Union, polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.2m and a stabilizer for hydraulic engineering can operate for 40 to 50 years under clean water conditions and 30 to 40 years under sewage conditions. The Zhoutou Reservoir Dam was originally a core wall dam, but due to dam collapse, the upper part of the core wall was removed. In order to handle the performance of the upper anti-seepage, an anti-seepage inclined wall was added to the base. In accordance with the safety demonstration and decomposition of the Zhoutou Reservoir Dam, in order to deal with the leakage weak surface and dam foundation leakage caused by repeated landslides of the dam, impervious body structures such as bedrock curtain grouting, battle surface grouting, flushing and gripping well backfilling curtain, and high-pressure jet grouting impervious plate wall have been adopted in terms of vertical seepage prevention.
Characteristics of composite geomembrane: The composite geomembrane is a geomembrane material composed of plastic film as the anti-seepage substrate and nonwoven fabric. Its anti-seepage function depends on the anti-seepage function of the plastic film. Its tension mechanism is that the impermeability of the plastic film insulates the leakage passage of the earth dam from the water, withstanding water pressure and adapting to dam deformation due to its large tensile strength and delay rate; Non woven fabric is also a chemical material of short polymer fibers, which is formed through needle punching or thermal bonding, and has high tensile strength and delay. After being contacted with plastic films, it not only increases the tensile strength and puncture resistance of plastic films, but also increases the friction coefficient of the battle surface due to the coarse details of non woven fabrics, which is beneficial to the stability of composite geomembranes and concealment layers.
Therefore, the operation life of the composite geomembrane is sufficient to satisfy the operation life requested for dam seepage prevention.
The upper inclined wall is covered with composite geomembrane for seepage prevention, with the lower part following the vertical seepage prevention wall and the upper part reaching an elevation of 358.0m (0.97m higher than the check flood level).
High temperature resistance, good antifreeze performance.
Currently, plastic films used for seepage control at home and abroad include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE), which are polymer chemical flexible materials with low weight, strong delay, and high adaptability to deformation.
At the same time, they have good resistance to bacteria and chemical sensitization, and are not afraid of acid, alkali, and salt corrosion
