1. Laying of geotextile. During the laying process, the construction personnel must adhere to the principle of “from top to bottom” according to the geotextile. Before welding construction, construction technicians must inspect the welding process to determine the temperature and speed control of the welding machine on the day of construction, and make appropriate adjustments according to the actual construction conditions. When the temperature is between 5~35 ℃, welding is more appropriate. If the temperature on the day of construction is not within this range, the construction technicians must complete the work and seek effective improvement. Before welding, the impurities on the welding surface shall be cleaned to ensure that the welding surface is clean. The moisture on the welding surface can be dried with an electric hair dryer. The welding surface can be kept dry. In the connection process of multiple geotextiles, the joint cracks must be staggered for more than 100cm, and the welding nodes must be t-shaped. The welding nodes cannot be set as cross shaped. After the welding construction is completed, the quality control of the connection shall be carried out to avoid welding leakage, folding and other undesirable problems. During welding and within two hours after welding, the welding surface shall not be subject to tensile stress to avoid damage to the welding position. In the welding quality inspection, if there are serious welding problems, such as empty welding, expansion welding, welding personnel need to cut the welding position, the interface position after welding and other new punishment welding. If there is leakage in the welding environment, the welding personnel must use a special welding gun for welding repair. When the welding technicians weld the geotextile, they must weld the welding specifications in strict accordance with the design requirements to ensure that the welding quality meets the relevant standards. The geotextile must fully represent the impermeable wind.
3. Geotextile sewing. Fold the upper geotextile and the middle geotextile to both sides, and then flatten, overlap, align and sew the lower geotextile. Handheld sewing machine is used for geotextile sewing, and the clockwise distance is controlled within 6mm. The joint surface is moderately loose and smooth, and the geotextile and geotextile are in the joint stress state.
