In the process of using color coated rolls, it is inevitable that there will be some small achievements, which we must face. Below, the editor will list in detail the results that will appear.
Firstly, the detailed location of the color coated roll:
1. Scratches on the substrate
2. Pay attention to scratches on the back of the product when making a single board, which may cause color differences. The back may have light colors and is prone to color differences
3. Spray pipe scratch: mainly refers to the front of the strip
4. Scratches on the guide plate of the entrance section (mainly on the back)
5. Scratches inside the curing furnace due to the sagging of objects inside the furnace (rare) and excessive tensile force on the front, often referring to excessive tension when replacing thick materials with thin materials.
6. Scratches on the exit sleeve during emergency stop and unloading (rare)
7. Scratches on the squeeze roller. Usually when the squeezing roller is not rotating
8. Scratches caused by foreign objects in the exit section, foreign objects on the exit guide plate, mostly on the back or with scissors cutting the surface of the color plate
9. The S roller is scratched, and the water cooling squeezing effect is not good. Water is brought into the S roller, and the tension inside the furnace is too different from that of the outlet sleeve, causing the S roller to slip.
10. The temperature of the initial coating curing furnace plate is not enough, the paint curing is not good, and the shaking roller sticks off the back paint before water cooling
